What does a 1:1 coaching session include?
The one-hour sessions (virtual) are structured in three parts:
1) Discovery;
2) Discussion; and
3) Delivery.
In Discovery you will have the opportunity to talk about your current experience, aspirations and any barriers with LinkedIn, and the role it plays in your professional journey.
With this context, in Discussion Roger will draw on his extensive experience advising thousands of leaders and teams to define your possible pathways forward and share practical guidance to help you optimise your current efforts and reach your goals - whatever those may be.
Finally, in Delivery Roger will work with you to agree a clear plan of attack including any specific steps, resources, or further learning that is required following the session.
Every session is recorded (unless you request otherwise) so you can use the time to stay present and focused on the discussion, not on taking notes!
